my seven year old will not walk t class by he self what do i do

I'm having troublw with my almost 7 yr old daughter. She doesn't want to listen when I ask her to do something but she listens to her father. She is constintly giving me a hard time when I am the one that sides/ stands up for and give in to more!! Today rally topped the cake when her dad dropped her off at a birthday party and because she couldn't get her way she got upset and crossed her arms and told a parent that she was going to kill herself!! Dont know what to do. Can someone help me on my situation. I have a 6 yr old child that was promote to 1sr grade. but I feel that he is not ready for 1st. I went today to speak to the principal but wasn't succesful on trying to retain my child to Kinder. Can someone give me the advice that I need. I would really appriciated. thanky a concern Mother
