Hi, I would start by first attempting to check out some of the local community colleges in your area. Often they have "culinary arts" programs in place. Start by having them send you the information you would need to enroll. Make sure they send you course descriptions as well as a catalog. Often there may be classes which you might be able to take in vocational school or either in your high school which may take the place of some of the college's requirements. See if you can sit in on a class or if that's not possible visit the college's bookstore to check out the books which are used for each class.
