Start a few days in advance and alternate your nights studying for each test. For example, lets say you have a chemistry and geometry test on friday. Starting over the weekend, review for chem saturday, geometry sunday, chem monday, etc. Then, on thursday night, you should have everything pretty engraved in your brain so only a quick review of each subject will be necessarily. Also, this method allows you to see what you need help with before the tests so you can ask your teachers throughout the week.
To ensure that you are actually studying and not just taking a million breaks, set an alarm next to you for 45 min to an hour where you can't get up to do anything. Then when the alarm goes off, you can get up, stretch, get some food, etc. Then half an hour or so later you can return and do the same thing.
