This is the exciting part.

When the letters of admission start rolling in, you have to make a decision.

Once again, you've got to compare options.

As you prepare to make your final choice, consider the following questions:

  1. Were you accepted to your program of first choice?
  2. If you want to live on campus, were you accepted into residence or student housing?
  3. Has this school offered you a scholarship or financial aid package?
  4. Has this school offered you any kind of tuition discount?
  5. Has this school communicated with you in a timely, professional way?
  6. Has this school done anything to go out of their way for you?
  7. Has this school done anything to disappoint you since you first applied?
  8. What additional information has this school provided with your letter of admission that would encourage/discourage you from accepting their offer?

After you've considered all of these questions, ask yourself the most important one:

Am I absolutely thrilled by the thought of attending this school for the next two or four years?
