This is the exciting part.
When the letters of admission start rolling in, you have to make a decision.
Once again, you've got to compare options.
As you prepare to make your final choice, consider the following questions:
- Were you accepted to your program of first choice?
- If you want to live on campus, were you accepted into residence or student housing?
- Has this school offered you a scholarship or financial aid package?
- Has this school offered you any kind of tuition discount?
- Has this school communicated with you in a timely, professional way?
- Has this school done anything to go out of their way for you?
- Has this school done anything to disappoint you since you first applied?
- What additional information has this school provided with your letter of admission that would encourage/discourage you from accepting their offer?
After you've considered all of these questions, ask yourself the most important one:
Am I absolutely thrilled by the thought of attending this school for the next two or four years?
