Kudos to the teacher who took the time to really pay attention to the child. As an educator, I feel sorry for any aprent who recognizes a problem with their child's learning and seeks help and is ignored. I believe it is incredibly important to identify every child's weaknesses and work to strengthen them in that area. Every child is an individual with individual needs.
