how to I show an agency I am not ill and to show them so they let me have my child back

I had a mental illness of depression and I was schizaphrenic I am not anymore I went off my medication as it was prescribed to me in my adolesents I had a healthy pregnancy I gacve birth to a son and reached out for help and metis and child family services apprehended my baby on july 3 of 2008 under there documents of me having post partum phycosis my docters said I didn't have that so I am wondering how do I prove to them i can manage the care of my son

Wow, this is a very serious and sad situation that you are in. My advice to you is to contact an attorney. You need someone who can help make your case for you. If you've already been assigned one, then you need to share everything you know with her and let her help you.

Also, if family services removed the child, I'm assuming that you have a caseworker. What does he think of the situation? He must know of an attorney that could work with you if you are having trouble with finances.

There also must have been a hearing before a judge, or else there will be. And you have the right to request that your case be heard also. I'm not at all qualified to offer legal advice, but I know that you don't have to do this alone. Contact family services and asked to be assigned a caseworker if you don't already have one. Search online for other services in your area that can help you. I really hope that everything works out.
