I dropped out 1/2 though gr 10. Is there anyway for the govnement to help with me completing high school?

I'm 21 and live in Edmonton Canada.

Gosh, I don't know anything about the Canadian school systems, but I'm sure if you just called the local high school and set up an appointment with the school counselor, that person would be so happy to help you get back on track to get your diploma!
You might also try the province's Department of Education (may be called something different in Canada but that's what it's called in the States", and explore their site for information on completing your high school credits.
