I work all day and need someone to take my kid from his school to his "passion" the ice skating rink. Who could I contact?

avatarAnonymous Do you mean aside from the obvious people, like: his other parent, or grandparents, or other parents who also drive their kids to skating? Does he have a sitter that could do it?

Maybe you could start a carpool with the other parents at the ice rink. As a whole, parents are a pretty understanding group. We all need help at times and so we want to offer that help in return whenever we can.
