My 17 year old is diagnosed ADHD impulsive type and reading disorder he needs help with reading, completing tasks, and goal setting

My son is diagnosed ADHD impulsive type. He also has a reading disorder. He got into trouble last fall and has another court appearance. The judge ordered he bring his grades up and not miss any school. When he gets frustrated by a teacher or class, he is MIA and his grades plummet. He has a 504 plan which deals with discipline only. He was denied special services because at the time his grades were good to average. He is also seeing a drug rehab counselor who reports to the court. His drug tests have been negative. However, now he needs help, not jail time for taking a bag of chips and a soda. Please advise me.

Question applies to ages: 17
