I don't know of any food that is proven to increase concentration but there are foods that lessen it! Anything that is high in sugar (including carbs) or caffeine can create false high energy, inability to focus, and a need for physical activity. Limit your child's sugar intake and you may find that he concentrates a whole lot better.
