This might not be what you want to read, but I recommend forcing yourself to speak English more often. This is how your English will continue to improve. No matter what you plan to study, if it is for a bachelor's degree, you will need to take a variety of courses. Find a friend whose first language is English who will spend an hour a week just talking for the purpose of improving your English. Some colleges will even help you find such a conversation partner.

Please, please don't choose your courses based on the fact that you are trying to avoid something else. If you want to improve your English skills, then taking an English course would be the perfect way. Of course, start with a beginner's class. But, no one in university is going to care how good or bad your English skills are, they are only going to notice how hard you are trying. However, if there is another subject that you excel at and love even more, take that too. College is all about gaining as much knowledge as possible.
