There are several reasons why someone might have a wetting accident, although this is probably pretty uncommon in high school.

It may be that she has a urinary tract infection or kidney infection. Especially in high schools, there is so little time to go to the restroom between classes (and the restrooms can be not very pleasant), many kids try to "hold it" and wait to go until they get home. Not only might this cause someone to have an accident, but holding one's urine like that can lead to infection, which might also cause an accident.

A trip to the doctor is the best way to figure out what is going on. If the cause is not physical, there may be an emotional cause behind this behaviour.
