Without knowing more about your circumstances (how do you act out, is this something new or have you been acting out for a long time, etc.), it's almost impossible to answer your question. Among the reasons a young person might act out are:

You're bored
You're stressed
You have ADHD
You want attention for some reason
You're trying to get someone's attention
You don't understand the work and you're expressing your frustration (or trying to distract the teacher)

If you write back with more detail about what's going on, you might be able to get a better answer.
