I'm guessing you mean that you want to write a letter requesting a particular kindergarten teacher for your son.

Most schools will usually ask that parents not request a specific teacher for their child unless they have a really good reason--not something like "I heard she's too strict/too lenient/too young/too old."

If you're requesting a particular teacher, you need to present a case based on logic, not emotion, listing your child's specific issues and why the teacher you are requesting will be the best one to address those issues. It is also better to phrase your request in terms of why you want a certain teacher rather than why you don't want a teacher (although sometimes that is unavoidable). If you know that Teacher A is a bouncy, in your face teacher and your child needs calm authority, you may need to say that.

In addition to a letter, you might also request a meeting with the school principal and counselor/social worker and explain what your child needs and get their input into who will be the best teacher for your child.
