study habits

I am a grandmother trying to set up a reward system for my 12 year old grandson, who basically is self managing his study time and habits. I am trying to find a study sheet, or time management sheet that he can use to check off things, like his planned study time, and the completion of his homework assignments at school

Question applies to ages: 12

Your grandson is very fortunate to have a grandmother willing to support his study habits.

My son has a weekly planner that lists all of the major subjects down the left-side column. He can then write in assignments and completed work for each subject on each day. He records how much time he has read, when he has completed his math homework and notes what tests he has to study for. It's been very helpful for him. It's called School Smart Agenda for Middle School.
