Needing help on a presentation on Instruction

I will be speaking to a group of principals on Instruction, I need help on how to get it started. Basically where to start.

Approach it as you would a paper....create an outline. First, what's the introduction to provide a quick overview of what you're going to be saying/presenting. Then, outline the facts you want to include and the points you want to make about each, then a summary that briefly reviews what you've presented. Tell 'em what you're going to tell 'em. Tell 'em. Tell 'em what you told 'em. Good luck!
