HOW TO SET MY STUDY AND ROUTINE TIME TABLE?

I CAN'T CONTROL MY SELF THAT NOT TO GO OUTSIDE AND STAY AT HOME FOR STUDY AND LEARN FOR THREE AND FOUR HOURS.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MAINTAINE MY ROUTINE OF STUDY AND OUTGOING STUFF.

Ahsan-- I don't know many people who can stay put and study for three or four hours straight. And, really, it's not good for you. Studies have actually shown that physical exercise helps you to learn better and focus better, so use this to your advantage and work some outside exercise into your study routine.

Before you start studying, go out for 15 minutes or so and be active. Shoot some hoops, run around the block, ride your bike. Then come back and settle down to your books. After an hour, take another exercise break. You may find that you are able to finish your work more quickly than if you had just stayed at your desk.

Also, when organizing your study routine, you could use one of two methods. One is to start with your easiest work first. That way you have a feeling of accomplishment as you get through the easy parts, and that will boost you up for making it through the harder work. The other method is to start with the hardest work or the subject you dislike the most. Get it over with, and then everything else will seem easy in comparison.

I like Elizabeth's suggestions a lot. Another thing that really helps me focus on studying is to be careful about what I eat before I sit down to study. If I have a lot of sugar, I'm too hyper to stick to a task. But if I have a huge cheeseburger, I get really sleepy and can't study, either. Try some different options for snacks--some that aren't too heavy but still have protein (like a yougurt or a cheese stick or walnuts). And keep the pop for later.
