The bottom line is that no government policies will make any difference unless we also hold ourselves more accountable as parents. Because government, no matter how wise or efficient, cannot turn off the TV or put away the video games. Teachers, no matter how dedicated or effective, cannot make sure your children leave for school on time and do their homework when they get back at night. These are things only a parent can do. These are things that our parents must do. ~President Barack Obama

I'm very sorry. Being bullied hurts our soul and hurts our body. For that matter, being left out of things is also quite painful. Junior high can be particularly rough.

You don't say what type of bullying you are experiencing. Have you tried reporting the bullying to the proper authorities? Do school personnel know about the bullying? If not, tell them. Write down what is done to you and when it is done and keep it in a record.

As for being left out of things, consider joining extra curricular activities that match your interest and pursuing them independently. We're often happiest when we're doing things that we really enjoy and most people want to be around other people who are happy.

Well, I'm sorry. Something that you could do is, if your being bullied, go to a counselor at school or something and tell them what is going on and how it makes you feel. If you are being left out of things, you should get to know more people better. Talk to more people and maybe even hangout with people you usually wouldn't hang out with. You could even ask someone if they would like to do something with you over the weekend or something. You never know, it could be fun. (: It might help. Hope it does! (:
