Call your son's high school counselor to find out these answers. Some schools may consider these courses as "Advanced Placement" course work and if so, they are considered part of the GPA, but I'm not sure that all schools do that. If it's college credit and transfers OK to where he goes to college, he's ahead of the game his Freshman year.

I would say that most colleges won't count the grade in his GPA, but they will allow for the credits. If the leadership conference was taken through a college, you will need to ask the registrar's office at that college to send the information to the college he chooses to attend when he is admitted. If the conference was not through a college, the sponsoring organization will need to send information to the admissions office at the school he will attend.
