Play Safely with Toddlers
by EduGuide Staff
Stay within arm’s reach if children are using necklaces, etc. This is true especially if you have younger children in the home. Young children can get tangled in necklaces and oversized clothing.
Watch carefully over the use of scissors. Make sure your child knows the proper way to handle, cut and put away scissors.
Supervise the use of any electrical appliances such as CD and mp3 players.
Keep small beads and blocks away from infants and toddlers. Buy larger-scale versions meant for them.
