Web Services Director

Do you know how to identify needs and manage the development of world-class web services? Do you have experience with setting, tracking and exceeding quantitative improvements in web visitor, loyalty and participation rates? If this sounds like you, read on.

EduGuide is a national award-winning nonprofit based in Lansing that is building a web-based system to equip families to do everything possible to help their children reach their full potential, cradle through college.

This is not a programming job. The web services director will interpret and translate membership needs into functional requirements and manage our vendor to develop these features. The director will also lead the charge to continually improve systems that bring new users to the site and engage them long-term.

Our goals are aggressive and we need someone who will hit the ground running, be passionate about our cause, and is a true team player with great interpersonal skills.
